Item(s) will be refunded if:
- Lost/Damaged/Incorrect ( Items are safely packaged, however It is out of my control if they are damaged by the Post Office. I will do my best to resolve it with them. )
- The package is returned to me ( You have the option to request a refund or to re-deliver. If you choose to refund, the price of the item(s) will be 100% refunded, but delivery fees are non-refundable. If you choose to re-deliver, you will have to cover the new shipping costs. )

Pre-ordered items will be charged as soon as your order is processed.
Pre-orders are being manufactured. Once received, a quality check will be done. This process will typically take less than 30 days. Once all approvals have gone through, the items will ship out within a week. You will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Yes! As long as your order has not been shipped, you can make another order with the item you wish to add. Please contact me at kuutochi@gmail.com with both order numbers so we can combine them. I will refund your shipping fee for the newest order. I will also check if the order reached any promotions available (such as free shipping).
